Note: By applying for this position you will have an opportunity to work remotely, selling in multiple states offering Community Solar platforms, in-office meets are required weekly.

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. You'll actively prospect and engage with businesses throughout Delaware, educating them about the advantages of community solar and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
• Some form of a degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in business sales
• 2 years of experience networking
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the solar industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in cold calling, email communication, and CRM software.
• Experience exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a plus)

$100.000 - $175,000
