Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager – Molded Fiber Products to join our growing team in the United States. As a key member of our commercial operations, your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued distribution partners. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing strategic plans aimed at expanding our market share and promoting the adoption of eco-friendly packaging solutions across the country.
Main Responsibilities
• Broker & Distributor Network Development:
• Foster and nurture long-lasting partnerships with current broker and distributor networks.
• Develop a robust and geographically diversified network of regional partners.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create customized sales materials and conduct effective training sessions.
• Sales Expansion & Market Intelligence:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify areas of opportunity for growth.
• Develop targeted sales strategies that cater to the evolving needs of our customers.
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the foodservice industry and its emerging trends.
• Product Innovation & Pricing:
• Collaborate with the product development team to create tailored solutions that address the unique challenges faced by our clients.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product development and optimize pricing strategies.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Foster open lines of communication with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Facilitate the successful launch of new products through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of our sales strategies.
• Make informed recommendations for future improvements and course corrections.
• Continuously refine and adapt our approach to meet the changing needs of our clients.
