The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all stages of multifamily construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.Manage project scheduleing, coordinating with trade partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Directly supervise all LMC site staff and coordinate all construction-related activities and related workers.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are maintained.Oversee contract compliance and ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards. Resolve any issues or delays that occur onsite promptly and effectively.Enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe adn risk-free environment at all times.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and all relevant stakeholders.Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience as a SuperintendentProven track record of successfully overseeing and completing multifamily construction projects.Exceptional project management and time management skillsExpert understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.Proficiency in construction management software, BlueBeam, project scheduling platforms, and other relevant computer applications.Superior leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. xgnsiyo Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
