Responsibilities
• Stage, load, and unload equipment for installation projects.

• Maintain warehouse inventory and organization, including tool management and safety equipment.

• Receive equipment deliveries and pick up materials as needed.

• Order and stock warehouse supplies, seeking discounts or donations.
,
• Perform service and maintenance on construction vehicles.

• Assist construction staff with solar installations, inspections, and permitting processes.

• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.

• Engage with homeowners and volunteers, answering questions and providing support.
Requirements
• Current resident of Denver, CO.

• Twelve-month commitment to the fellowship program.

• General construction knowledge and experience; solar installation experience is a plus.

• Basic computer skills.
