The Role

We are looking for an experienced Alaska Climate Strategy Director to join our team in Alaska. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conservation practice or a related field and experience managing complex projects, including finances and coordinating the work of other professionals and partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a climate strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and priorities.
• Lead the development of partnerships with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private companies to advance climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts.
• Manage and coordinate the work of other professionals and partners to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including financial management and impact metrics.
