Role Overview: The CSO will lead the organization’s sustainability agenda, focusing on ESG strategy, environmental compliance, sustainable manufacturing practices, and utilities optimization. This role requires robust leadership in aligning global standards with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute long-term ESG and sustainability strategy Ensure compliance with global certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, ZDHC, etc.) Drive initiatives in water conservation, waste reduction, and energy efficiency Lead sustainable textile processing across spinning, weaving, dyeing & finishing Oversee ETP/STP operations and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) initiatives Optimize boilers, steam systems, and energy consumption Implement renewable energy and emission reduction strategies Lead ESG reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sustainable practices Ideal Candidate Profile: B.Tech in Textile / Textile Chemistry (mandatory) 20–25 years of experience in textile manufacturing / sustainability Robust exposure to global ESG frameworks and compliance standards Proven leadership in large-scale sustainability initiatives Expertise in utilities, energy management, and chemical processes Preferred: Candidates from export-oriented textile companies Experience working with international clients and standards Background from reputed institutes like ICT/UDCT (Mumbai) Hiring Sustainability ESG TextileIndustry LeadershipHiring CSO Manufacturing GreenEnergy CircularEconomy
