Ijams Nature Center is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization in Knoxville, TN. The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, mission stewardship, and operational oversight while fostering relationships with staff, board members, and the community. This is a full-time position reporting to the Board of Directors.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the chief executive and strategic leader of Ijams Nature Center, responsible for stewarding the organization’s mission, advancing long-term sustainability, and leading the organization through its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO provides vision, executive leadership, and operational oversight while cultivating strong relationships with staff, board members, donors, public partners, and the broader community.
