About the Role

The Director of Advanced Engineering Solutions will lead a fast-paced engineering organization shaping the future of energy systems. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in complex hardware design, regulatory considerations, and first-of-a-kind products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across mechanical, thermal, structural, systems, and nuclear disciplines.
• Oversee the design, development, and scaling of advanced energy systems.
• Inspire innovation, manage technical execution, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
• B.S. or higher in engineering and 15+ years of experience (10+ in management).
• Expertise in complex hardware design, regulatory considerations, and first-of-a-kind products.
• Experience in nuclear or space product design is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Location & Working Arrangement:

Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly. Travel 20%.
