Job Summary: The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly. Key responsibilities include:

· Prepare and analyze financial statements.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

· Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.

· Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise on tax planning strategies.

· Conduct internal and external audits.

· Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

· Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards.

· Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

· Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.

· Provide financial consulting and strategic planning support.

· Advice on business operations, mergers, and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
