Job Description
ATHENA Consulting is hiring a part-time Case Monitor in Delaware to provide on-site support at the New Castle County Hope Center. Responsibilities include building entry verification, food delivery coordination, donation management, volunteer coordination, and administrative support. The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Shifts are scheduled for three days a week, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
Case Monitors
Shifts:
Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Saturday–Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
You will be scheduled to work part-time, three days per week, with each shift being 8 hours. Your specific days will fall within the timeframes listed above. ( 3 days / 8 hours shift / Total hours per week: 24 hours so is a Part Time role)
Pay Range: $18.00 Hr.
Job Summary:
The Case Monitor will be responsible for providing on-site support at the New Castle County Hope Center, located at 365 Airport Road, New Castle, DE 19720. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the center, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
• Building Entry & Admittance: Verify and facilitate entry for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Food Delivery Coordination: Assist with the retrieval, sorting, storage, setup, and distribution of food.
• Donation Management: Oversee the retrieval, sorting, storage, and distribution of donated items.
• Volunteer Coordination: Support the coordination of volunteers, including conducting tours and providing guidance.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative and support functions as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Referral Intakes & Inspections: Assist with new referral intakes and conduct room move-in/move-out inspections.
• Rent Readiness Program: Administer the Rent Readiness Program, including room inspections and coaching for clients.
• Other Support: Assist with additional Hope Center tasks as required.
• Housing Locator Services: Act as a focal point for housing locator services and provide client support.

• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of client needs and center activities.
• Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to adapt to change and handle new challenges as they arise.
• A collaborative team player who is reliable and supportive of colleagues.
• High level of reliability in meeting job duties and responsibilities.
