About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to provide essential administrative support that keeps our projects moving forward. As a Business Services Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations for our project development teams, enjoy organising logistics, and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders in fast paced environment.

What You’ll Do
• Keep projects on track by managing purchase orders, invoices, and financial reconciliations (including visa statements and expense forms)
• Arrange travel logistics—book flights, accommodation, and vehicles for project teams
• Coordinate project documentation by ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including organising meetings and managing correspondence
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations

Your Experience
• Experience in administration, procurement, accounts payable, or travel bookings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document control systems
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Ellipse, Aconex, or Serko (desirable)
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
