Business Intelligence Engineer, Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience (MSP Cx) team. This individual will work directly with hardware engineers, operations managers, and support technicians to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive impactful data storytelling.

Main Responsibilities
• Scope, design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, data sources, and ad-hoc data analysis to support cross-functional customers.
• Partner with business leaders to answer key business questions and identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Build automated data solutions and dashboards to enable teams to self-service data needs.
• Write queries to pull data needed with standard query syntax and periodically identify more advanced methods of query optimization.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab.
• Up to 75% travel expected.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
• Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
