Building Services Engineer

CBRE is hiring a Building Services Engineer in Anchorage, AK, responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment. Key duties include performing repairs, reviewing work orders, estimating materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time position with no degree required.
About the Role

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC roof top units (RTUs) and other refrigeration equipment.

You will perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks.

You will review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repair, order necessary materials and supplies, and use CMMS to handle work orders and track completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, building systems, and equipment.
• Responsible for installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
