Job Description

This role involves developing residential real estate loans, supporting the Home Equity area and Credit Line when appropriate, and representing the bank in community activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate lending or originating, and detailed knowledge of secondary markets and loan packaging.

The successful candidate will be responsible for origination, recommendations, and processing for real estate loans and the development of new business. They will possess the necessary underwriting skills to determine eligibility of applicants for conventional FHA/VA loan programs.
