Proven experience in the sustainability-focused built environment industry.Expertise in at least one of the following areas:TM54 (Operational Energy Modelling) and In-Use Energy Assessment.TM59 / Part O (Overheating Risk Assessment).Part L Compliance Modelling and Energy Strategies.Passivhaus principles and design certification.Decarbonisation Roadmaps and Net Zero Carbon Strategies.Whole Life Carbon (WLC) Assessment and Circular Economy.Advantageous Traits:
