Triton Environmental, LLCis actively searching for a Associate Environmental Scientist to join our Assessment/Remediation team in Guilford, Connecticut. Triton is a full-service environmental consulting and engineering services firm, and part of True Environmental (“True”). At True we are building a diversified environmental services organization focused on consulting and engineering, water/wastewater management, testing/analytical services, and value-add remediation services. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team!
What You'll Do
• Oversight of environmental fieldwork including subsurface investigation, monitoring well installation, soil and groundwater sampling, underground tank removals, and remediation projects.
• Office tasks including project support, data evaluation, boring and monitoring well log development, and assistance with report deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
• College/University Degree (Environmental – related field preferred)
• OSHA 40-hour training preferable
• Self-starter, work with little supervision
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving
