TGRC is working with a top-tier international law firm known for its strength in energy, infrastructure, and cross-border transactions. The firm combines global reach with deep sector expertise, giving its lawyers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals while developing within a supportive, modern legal environment.




They are now looking to appoint an Associate to join their team in Milan.




The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the business across the full project lifecycle — from development through to execution and operation. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll provide commercially focused legal advice across a range of activities.




Key Responsibilities:

Support project development, including land, permitting, and commercial agreementsAdvise on M&A and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction structuringProvide legal input on construction contracts (EPC, O&M, supply agreements)Assist with project finance documentation and negotiationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and drive project delivery


About You:

Qualified lawyer with 3 years PQEExperience within renewable energy or infrastructure sectorsStrong exposure to project development, M&A, construction, and/or project financeCommercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
