Assistant Director of Emergency Management

Marriott is seeking an Assistant Director of Emergency Management in India. In the role of a Security/Loss Prevention Assistant at Marriott International, your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the daily functions of the department to ensure the protection of property assets, employees, guests, and property. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting hazard and risk assessments, including OSHA/SAFETY audits and incident tracking
- Complying with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations
- Supervising incident investigations and ensuring timely responses
- Following proper key control guidelines
- Implementing accident and fire prevention procedures
- Overseeing all loss prevention operations, including patrol processes, emergency response, investigations, and electronic key systems
- Assisting with first aid programs and claims processes
- Working closely with Meeting Planners to ensure a safe experience for guests

Qualifications required for this position:
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in security/loss prevention or related field, OR
- Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or a related major from an accredited university with 1 year of experience in security/loss prevention or a related field
