Apply via Lensa today!Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to provide design and construction documentation support for K-12 projects in the Maryland area. You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide design and technical support (CDs) to K-12 projects in Howard, Montgomery County, and surrounding areas.
Work in a collaborative team environment while supporting all phases of architecture.
Develop construction documents and schematic designs.
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software for drafting and documentation.
Engage in sustainable design practices.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience in construction documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
5+ years of progressive architecture experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Indesign and Lumion (preferred but not required).
Design experience in educational projects, particularly K-12.
