Architectural Designer

Synerfac Technical Staffing is hiring an Architectural Designer in Wilmington, DE. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD, a solid understanding of architectural principles, and a passion for contributing to impactful design projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of building types and scales from initial concept through construction documentation and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop high-quality architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
• Support the design and documentation process across multiple project phases and typologies (including healthcare, education, civic, and commercial)
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate design intent with technical solutions
• Attend project meetings and assist in translating client and stakeholder input into coordinated design outcomes
• Assist in code research, product selection, and the preparation of presentation materials
• Participate in internal design charrettes and contribute to creative and inclusive studio culture

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor"s or Associate degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline
• 5+ years of architectural design experience, preferably within an architecture firm
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction documents, technical detailing, and building systems
• Ability to interpret and generate architectural drawings from conceptual design to final documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with the initiative to work both independently and in a team setting
