Architectural Designer

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking an Architectural Designer in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include finalizing 2D and 3D designs, adjusting designs, researching artistic elements, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with various professionals. Candidates should have a relevant degree, 3+ years of experience, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency in design software like Revit and AutoCAD. A LEED AP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Finalizing drafting projects using both 2D and 3D sketching
• Revisiting designs and adjusting designs as needed
• Researching and incorporating artistic elements into designs as needed
• Ensuring design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations
• Liaising with various professionals and departments to coordinate project details

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firm’s field
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
• LEED AP is preferred
