Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design projects from initial concept development to final execution ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and company standards.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients stakeholders and team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution meeting all deadlines and budget constraints.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design project management and construction management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and 3D Modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
