Green Key Resources is seeking a Junior Architect in Voorhees Township, NJ. A well-established, mid-sized architecture and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Architect/Project Manager to join its team in Voorhees, NJ. As part of the Voorhees office, you'll enjoy a close-knit team environment supported by a larger firm infrastructure. The position involves the technical development of design documents, preparing specifications for public projects in commercial, educational, and municipal sectors, and close coordination with A/E staff and consultants to deliver projects from start to finish.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
Licensed Architect or working toward licensure with 7–10 years of experience
Experience in K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (Revit preferred)
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead projects as Project Manager: direct teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and manage deliverables
Supervise and support small teams of architects and designers
Contribute to conceptual designs and project presentations
Assist with referendum planning, NJDOE applications, and LRFP updates
Conduct field visits to document existing site conditions
Prepare reports, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and related documentation
Produce schematic design and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and regulatory officials
Participate in various project meetings and reviews
Oversee or collaborate on construction administration from contract award to project close-out
