Position Overview

The Landscape Architect/Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative landscape designs that align with client visions and project goals. This role involves close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and planners to create cohesive and sustainable outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and present landscape design concepts for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site analyses to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
• Select appropriate plant materials, hardscape elements, and lighting to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design intent and gather feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Professional licensure or the ability to obtain licensure is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of horticulture, site planning, and sustainable design principles.
