Job Description
Endeavor is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support sustainability projects by managing climate risk, emissions governance, and reporting sustainability data. Responsibilities include data collection and verification for public disclosures, leading Climate Disclosure Project submissions, and enhancing ESG reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in sustainability reporting or data analysis. Strong collaboration and technical skills are essential.

Reporting to the Impact, Inclusion and Advocacy Team, you, the Sustainability Analyst will support our sustainability projects by assisting with the management of our climate risk and emission governance, and ensuring accurate reporting of sustainability data. You will work with different teams to collect, verify, and transform data for public disclosures and sustainability goals. You'll also help develop and maintain sustainability reports and certifications. In addition, you will also support our overall ESG reporting needs.
Responsibilities
• Collect, verify, and disclose information through data analysis needed to report progress on public-facing goals and plans, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 data and end-to-end operational metrics, including energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation.
• Lead annual Climate Disclosure Project (CDP) submission and corresponding data collection, work with subject matter experts and external advisors to draft required disclosures, and lead the review process prior to disclosure.
• Assess risk and standing for completing other voluntary disclosures that may be of interest of our various business units.
• Review reporting efforts related to Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) raters and rankers (such as EcoVadis), including monitoring performance and recommending areas of improvement.
• Provide our business units with expertise in strategic, technical, and reporting aspects of various climate challenges, including decarbonization, risk management, emissions measurement and reporting.
• Demonstrate strong transformation execution skills to implement and govern ESG program or manage change with influence. Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, produce high-quality deliverables, manage business unit relationships, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Collaborate with finance and audit teams to strengthen governance systems around ESG disclosure.
• Provide internal education about our sustainability programs through new hire orientation and WME Community, and engage agents regarding opportunities to work with clients on sustainability projects that are important to them.
• Support WME Group’s overall ESG reporting and response to questionnaires, RFPs and investor inquires.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Accounting, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, accounting or related field.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excel – Intermediate level, PowerPoint, Power BI and Environmental Database Systems such as Watershed.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), CDP, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
• Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Understands internal controls and has experience in designing and executing controls
• Proven hands-on mentality with strong operational implementation capability
• Proven experience of diplomatically resolving issues through understanding conflicting views, achieving alignment, and proposing solutions
• High sense of urgency and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels
• Experience managing multiple tasks.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum
$56,250 annually
Hiring Range Maximum
$75,000 annually
