About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Power Generation Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide advanced technical support to our authorized dealer network, leveraging your expertise in power electronics and electrical systems to resolve complex service issues and troubleshoot problems. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert technical support to dealers via phone, email, or on-site visits, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting procedures, creating technical content for new product introductions and managing technical support cases involving key accounts.
• Serve as a path of escalation for technical support representatives through the help desk, utilizing your advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with product engineering and quality engineering teams to develop and refine technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of experience working in the power electronics industry, preferably with solar and energy storage.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Familiarity with NEC standards.
• NABCEP Certification.
• Solid understanding of residential electrical systems.
• Ability to read single-line and three-line diagrams.
