As we expand nationwide, we're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Staff member who will keep our vehicle sales transactions running smoothly—from invoice to plate release.

*What You’ll Do:Prepare invoices and supporting documents for every vehicle release, ensuring accuracy and completeness before customer handover.Track and follow up on customer down payments and bank loan disbursements to ensure timely collection of receivables.Coordinate with banks and financing partners on loan documentation, payment status, and release requirements.Prepare and submit all required documents to banks and LTO.Record and reconcile incoming payments from customers, financing companies, and corporate/fleet accounts.Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on overdue balances.Maintain accurate and organized records of all vehicle sales transactions, billing documents, and registration paperwork.Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth vehicle releases.Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end closing, AR reporting, BIR compliance, and audit preparation.Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.*What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting—experience in automotive, dealership, or vehicle financing is a strong advantage.Familiarity with bank loan processing, LTO documentation, and OR/CR procedures is highly preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy in documents and records.Excellent follow-up skills—you don't let a single payment or document slip through the cracks.Good communication skills in English and Filipino, especially when coordinating with banks, the LTO, and internal teams.Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.*Why You’ll Love It Here:Be part of a pioneering team in one of the most exciting EV brands in the country.Build your career in a high-growth, future-ready company.Contribute to shaping a modern, customer-first ownership experience.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Access to product training, company perks, and milestone events.Work with supportive leaders who value initiative and collaboration.Location: Bridgetowne QC/Pasig (Support for multiple service locations)Full-time Position | Immediate Start Preferred
