Victory Housing, Inc. (“Victory”) is an award-winning, nonprofit affordable housing developer and owner/operator with communities in the District of Columbia and in Montgomery, Prince George’s, Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary’s counties in Maryland. Victory Housing, Inc. is an affiliate of the Archdiocese of Washington. Our mission is to provide affordable housing and related social services to low- and moderate-income senior citizens and families.

The Sustainability Project Manager will be responsible for managing sustainability, energy efficiency, and climate-related multifamily projects from initial concept through construction completion and lease-up, if necessary. This role includes overseeing the implementation of sustainability and resilience projects at existing communities and guiding sustainability and resilience goals for new construction projects. This is a new, multidisciplinary position reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability, collaborating with the Real Estate Development and Asset Management teams.

The Project Manager will oversee real estate project execution, including entitlement, financing, and construction of affordable housing properties. Responsibilities include working closely with government staff, lenders, partners, and consultants; preparing financial projections and applications; and coordinating the project team, including design, construction, legal, and financing specialists. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, intelligent, creative, and conscientious team player.
