JPMorgan, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts for our Commercial Bank division. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and securing the best banker talent in the industry.
As a Recruiter in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across the relevant Commercial Bank (CB) lines of business. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will identify, engage, and successfully recruit banker talent, supporting the business in achieving strategic objectives. You will also manage ongoing candidate engagement, development, and presentation.
Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, crafting and implementing strategies to attract top banker talent.
Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and align recruitment efforts.
Source and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers, refining strategies based on feedback.
Collaborate with senior management, HR, and finance to anticipate needs and strategize talent pipelines.
Propose innovative solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, participating in client meetings and managing expectations.
Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and JPMorgan's advantages.
Conduct compensation discussions to facilitate offer closures.
Champion diversity goals by educating hiring managers on presenting diverse candidate slates.
Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively, maintaining data integrity.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, understanding employment laws.
Excellent multitasking, project management, and business acumen.
Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to analyze data and metrics effectively.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in financial services or sales recruitment.
Team leadership experience.
