Job Responsibilities

The Line Operator/ Urban Farm Grower will be an instrumental addition to our grower team working directly with the Urban Farm Manager to get our farm growing! The role entails supporting the overall running of the farm's operations, including but not limited to:

Follow the outlined production plans and crop schedules for daily germination, transplanting, harvesting processes Following the Standard Operating Procedures for the farm for growing and packaging of produce and pest detection and management Support the team in achieving production and operational targets Proactively support in monitoring of produce quality and report any incidents Requirements

The requirements are:

Enthusiastic individual with the ability to execute assigned tasks in a timely manner and support the growing team Includes working in outdoor/ greenhouse environment Passion for urban farming and engaging the community to promote a sustainable and healthier lifestyle Prior experience in working in farming is a plus Full-time role

Salary (Full time) : SGD 1,800-2,100 / month

Working hours (Full time) : 8am-5pm incl. 1 hour break. 5.5 day work week
Working hours (Part time) : 8am-12pm. 4-5 days per week
