Transportation System Supervisor - Senior

Placer County is seeking a Senior Transportation Systems Supervisor to manage transit operations in the Tahoe Truckee Area. The position is full-time, with a salary range of $94,931.20 to $118,539.20 annually, plus a potential premium for North Lake Tahoe assignments.
The Department of Public Works is currently recruiting for a Senior Transportation Systems Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing Placer County transit operations within the Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit terminal.

The ideal candidate will have leadership and supervision experience, as well as a good working knowledge of transit operations, contemporary office software, and on-board transit equipment and technology. This position will oversee the site supervisor and will assist with planning, organizing, and directing transit systems daily operations, as well as delegating employee workload, conducting employee performance evaluations, and using a number of tools and methods to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility. This position will report to the TART terminal in Tahoe and will require an individual highly skilled in the transportation field.

Salary: $94,931.20 - $118,539.20 annually, plus up to an additional $1,000 per month Tahoe Branch Assignment Premium for employees who are permanently assigned to a position located in the North Lake Tahoe Area.
