We are seeking a
strategic leader
to drive tourism policy development and sustainability initiatives that position Abu Dhabi as a globally competitive and environmentally responsible hub.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of tourism policies aligned with national strategies.
Drive sustainability frameworks across the tourism sector, including climate resilience and responsible tourism practices.
Oversee research, benchmarking, and impact analysis to inform decision-making.
Engage with government entities, industry leaders, and international organizations to advance sustainable tourism.
Lead and inspire a team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Tourism, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8–10 years of experience in
tourism policy, regulatory affairs, or sustainability strategy
(3–4 years in leadership).
Proven track record in
policy development, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Preference for candidates with knowledge of global sustainability frameworks.
