Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure and continuously develop processes and technologies in the overall area of Lithium Ion Cell Production
• Monitor and evaluate corrective measures
• Participate in the commissioning of complex automated manufacturing facilities at the supplier and on-site
• Analyze existing manufacturing and assembly processes and derive or develop suitable optimization approaches for continuous improvement
• Prepare key figures, work plans, reports, and evaluations for shop floor management

Requirements:

• Industrial foreman, mechanical engineering technician, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the battery technology field is advantageous
• Solid English language skills in both written and verbal communication
• Ideally, experience in the production of components for the automotive industry
• Structured work approach, logical thinking, and openness to new ideas for continuous improvement
• Resilience, commitment, flexibility, proactive attitude, and affinity for digital media
