Your tasks include:

• Ensuring quality requirements in production and process development
• Participation in investigations of problems, improvement projects (Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
• Evaluation and analysis of current quality data using MiniTab and deriving improvement projects
• Creation and assessment of measurement system analyses
• Point of contact for development, product management, purchasing, logistics, and production
• Complaint management according to 8D systematics
• Creating customer documents from analyses, measurements, and reports
• Support of Customer Quality Manager in customer inquiries
• Preparation and evaluation of quality data
• Organization and moderation of external and internal meetings
• Participation in change management (ECR), development projects, and escalation meetings (VCT)
• Participation in the creation of FMEA's

Requirements:

• Degree in manufacturing or production engineering with a focus on quality management or comparable training
• Several years of experience in operational quality are desirable
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and testing methods
• Methodological competencies are desirable
• Knowledge of common standards such as ISO 9001, basic knowledge of SAP and Office Tools
• Experience with MSA, SPC, and Six Sigma
• Very good German and English language skills
