Your Responsibilities:

• Continuously enhance the qualitative performance of national and international suppliers in the product development process and throughout the entire product lifecycle of supplied parts
• Plan and schedule activities with suppliers to improve materials, components, and systems for battery production, along with internal coordination with process partners
• Responsible for planning and conducting supplier meetings to evaluate the quality capability of suppliers during supplier selection, potential analyzes, and process audits
• Responsible tracking with approvals of first samples, as well as manufacturing and testing processes at the supplier
• Maintain the Supplier Quality Agreement (QSV) with the aim of having a QSV agreed with all suppliers

Requirements:

• Successfully completed a scientific study or comparable qualification (e.g., technician with automotive experience)
• Certified VDA 6.3 process auditor and experience with quality and project management methods
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP), Ishikawa, MSA, SPC, 8D
• Independent planning and conducting of potential analyzes and process audits according to VDA
• Strong problem-solving skills required, as well as experience in lithium-ion battery technology
• Good written and verbal English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
