**Your tasks:**

• Quality interface to the customer
• Ensuring quality requirements
• Project management incl. Advanced Product Quality Planning
• Internal coordination and coordination of customer inquiries and requirements
• Prioritization and escalation of project-critical issues
• Contact person for development, product management, purchasing, logistics and production
• Coordination and reporting of complaints according to the 8D systematics
• Initiating quality improvement projects, investigating, and tracking them such as Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5 Why
• Organization and moderation of external and internal meetings
• Participation in development projects and escalation meetings VCT
• Participation in the creation of FMEAs as Voice of the customer

**What you bring:**

• Completed technical studies or a comparable technical education
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality management or customer relations
• Knowledge in electrical engineering, chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, and analytics are advantageous
• Experience in project management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams is advantageous
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, moderation skills, and negotiation skills, especially in conflict situations
• High degree of self-organization and initiative
• Solution and goal orientation
• Q method knowledge, automotive core tools (e.g. PPAP, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma)
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
