Your Tasks:

• Support in methodical problem solving from customer complaints or in development projects in the 8D methodology.
• Methodical support of root cause analysis as the basis for problem solving.
• Examination and evaluation of change requests from a quality perspective.
• Preparation and support of initial sample inspection of our products at the customer.
• Contact person for customers on quality issues.
• Regular collection of quality metrics.
• Maintenance and optimization of the QM system in the business unit.
• Coordination of internal and external audits.
• Maintenance of customer portals.

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies or a comparable technical education.
• Experience in the quality area.
• Knowledge in electrical engineering, battery technology, process engineering, and mechanical engineering are advantageous.
• Experience in quality management, e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, etc.
• Methodological knowledge, e.g., 6Sigma, APQP, FMEA, 8D.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
