**YOUR MISSION:** As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oatly, your role is to ensure that we are always where the future Oat Stars gather. You will help our team grow, ensuring we have the best talents on board to further our mission and develop our unique culture. Our goal is for every applicant to remember applying to Oatly positively, regardless of the application outcome, and you possess the necessary know-how, mindset, and positive craziness to achieve greatness with us in the long term.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• You oversee the entire recruiting process, ensuring we have the best talents on board at the right time.
• Independently lead candidates through the entire recruitment process.
• Develop job-specific strategies and measures to find and attract suitable talents.
• Collaborate closely with our Team Leads, supporting them from job formulation to hiring.
• Not only evolve our processes but also help us develop a better understanding using KPIs.
• Develop a fantastic employer branding that not only excites new talents but also delights the current Oats on board.
• Take on operational and administrative tasks within the Employee Lifecycle.

**YOUR PROFILE:**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with knowledge and experience in general HR work.
• Proficient in recruiting techniques to attract the best talents.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with candidates.
• Proactive, structured, and a team player.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English; Polish is a plus.
• Open to various working arrangements.
