Job Description

Customer Supply Chain Analyst DACH Polen m/w/d at Oatly AB

A Company built on the idea of change Since Oatly started in the German retail sector in March 2018, we have been overwhelmed by demand. Within a few months, oats have replaced soy as the number one category, and our Barista Edition is by far the most successful branded product among milk alternatives, becoming indispensable in specialty coffee shops. From our oat headquarters in Berlin, we coordinate all activities for the DACH region. With our fantastic team, we aim to be the pioneers of the Post-Milk Generation, moving people towards a more conscious plant-based diet without compromising on fun or good taste.

**What we need from you:**

As part of the Supply Chain and Operations team, you will act as the link between our customers and the Supply Chain team. You will build a relationship of partnership with our customers and identify potential areas for more efficient collaboration. Working closely with your colleagues, you will develop customer-specific solutions and provide essential input to our sales team. You will be the internal voice of the customers and guide the demand planning for promotions or new launches. You will work closely with Sales, Business Insights, and your direct Supply Chain colleagues.

**Your responsibilities:**

  • Elevate our customer relationships to a new level of operational collaboration and be the main point of contact for our customers regarding our products.
  • Have a deep understanding of customer processes and align them with our operational reality.
  • Identify trends from Business Insights data and analyze sales figures accordingly.
  • Evaluate the performance of promotions or new launches and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Find innovative ways to drive projects with various stakeholders, focusing on OTIF and cost optimization.
  • Work closely with the sales team, preparing relevant topics for negotiations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, ensuring that strategic aspects of the Supply Chain are considered during setup.

**Your profile:**

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Enjoy developing the area autonomously, setting up new processes, and taking initiative.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers, ideally having worked with an ERP system or complex data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy exchanging ideas with various personalities.
  • A team player, as oat doesn't like to be alone.
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Polish would be a bonus.

At Oatly, you have the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or in the office daily. Regular meetings in the Berlin or Vienna headquarters and participation in team events are required.

If you have read this far and ticked most of the boxes, we are excited to hear from you. Please send us your compelling application, including your salary expectations, your earliest starting date, and your cover letter – yes, we read cover letters too. We look forward to meeting you.
