Edgeboro International is hiring a Sustainable Product Sales Executive in Milltown, NJ. We are seeking a motivated and environmentally conscious Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling sustainable solutions, environmental services, or eco-friendly products to businesses and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, strong sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients who are looking for green solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the environmental sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, businesses, and stakeholders interested in eco-friendly solutions.
• Conduct outreach efforts, cold calls, and networking to generate leads.
Client Consultation & Solutions Selling
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of sustainable products, environmental services, or compliance solutions.
• Assess client needs and recommend customized solutions based on sustainability goals.
• Provide product demonstrations, sales presentations, and proposals.
Market Research & Strategy
• Stay up to date with industry trends, environmental regulations, and green technologies.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and outreach programs.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, sales, and client interactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or environmental consulting.
• Knowledge: Understanding of environmental products, sustainability practices, or regulatory compliance.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client interactions and presentations.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, sustainability consulting, or renewable energy solutions.
• Passion for eco-friendly innovations and environmental conservation.
