Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Sustainable Fashion Intern with a background in fashion and sustainability studies to support our initiatives towards eco-friendly practices. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable sourcing, material research, and impact assessment within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in researching sustainable materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
• Support in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for our fashion products.
• Conduct lifecycle assessments and impact analysis of materials and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure sustainable sourcing and ethical practices.
• Prepare reports on sustainability metrics and initiatives.
• Assist in auditing the supply chain for compliance with sustainability standards.
• Research emerging trends in sustainable fashion and propose innovative ideas.
• Participate in awareness campaigns and internal sustainability workshops.
• Document processes and maintain sustainability records for certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainable fashion practices and concepts (e.g., circular fashion, eco-friendly fabrics, ethical sourcing).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental impact reduction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Internship Duration:
• 3 to 6 months (extension based on performance)
