Bespoke Careers is seeking a Sustainable Design Leader in Dallas, TX, to lead a regional team in driving sustainability initiatives across various projects. The role includes managing project assessments, conducting GHG analysis, and developing climate strategies. This company is looking for a dynamic Sustainable Design Leader to join their team and drive sustainability initiatives across a wide range of projects. This role will involve leading a regional team and ensuring projects meet high sustainability standards through expert analysis, strategic planning, and effective team coordination. Reporting in to the Sustainable Design Director - a thought-leader in the industry.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead and manage a regional team focused on sustainable design initiatives
• Oversee concurrent projects across diverse sectors including workplace, aviation, education, and healthcare
• Provide expert guidance on design and assessment, environmental analytics, and energy transfer studies
• Conduct GHG emission analysis and coordinate sustainability assessments and benchmarking for projects
• Develop and implement climate impact mitigation and resilience strategies, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, Planning, Urban Design, or a related field;
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a consistent track record of success in sustainable design in the built environment
• Possess professional accreditation such as AIA, PE, CEM, and/or LEED
• In-depth knowledge of building and campus-scale sustainability topics, such as indoor environments, healthy materials, and energy analytics.
• Experience with sustainability assessment frameworks (e.g., LEED, WELL) and building environmental analysis tools (e.g., Climate Studio, Energy Plus).
