Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainability Consultant to join our Bengaluru office. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to developing innovative sustainability strategies, working closely with colleagues across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement environmentally sustainable design solutions for project developments and businesses.
• Analyse and report on Environmentally Sustainable Design projects, liaising with clients to expand the sustainability portfolio.
• Support and develop key work streams, including building physics, environmental modelling, AI and parametric modelling, planning, certification, and whole life carbon analysis.
Requirements
• Engineering, Architecture or built environment-related degree.
• LEED AP certification.
• 3-6 years of experience in ESD consulting and Building Physics within the built environment sector.
• Leadership skills and ability to represent the business positively.
• Experience with preparing strategy, implementation, and certification of best practice schemes, including LEED, BREEAM, WELL, GSAS, Estidama, and Mostadam.
• Advanced experience in building physics modeling (Energy, Daylight, Comfort, Parametrics) using IES-VE software.
• Familiarity with Architectural modelling software platforms, including Revit, Sketchup & Rhino.
• Solid understanding of relevant industry codes across the MENA region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Presentation and Reporting skills.
