Ageatia Global Solutions is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator in San Francisco, CA. Description

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or sustainability roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven track record in managing certification processes and conducting portfolio audits.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in a highly matrixed corporate environment with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Technology proficiencies:
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills
• Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

Preferred attributes:
• Foundational Knowledge of SAP/PLM
• Experience with database management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Foundational Knowledge of SAP/PLM
• Understanding of PLM Data Management Systems

Key Responsibilities
Data Remediation
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies, gaps, and errors in sustainability-related datasets.
• Develop processes and documentation to maintain ongoing data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align data sources and methodologies.
Reporting
• Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company goals.
• Provide data insights to inform decision-making and sustainability strategy.
Certification Maintenance
• Manage documentation and data submissions for key certifications (e.g., Cruelty Free International).
• Track certification renewal timelines and requirements, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
• Liaise with certification bodies and third-party auditors as needed.
Portfolio Audit
• Conduct thorough audits of the sustainability claims and certifications across the product portfolio including regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Process Development
• Design and implement standardized processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sustainability-related operations.
• Document workflows, establish best practices, and create training materials for internal teams.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to adapt to regulatory and organizational changes.
