Job Details
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
Manage and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications
Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes
Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and risks
Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local officials, property owners, and other community members
Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety meetings, and responding to safety incidents.
