Description

The role involves overseeing the timely request and uploading of all engineer letters and affidavits.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Request formal letters from engineering groups promptly and follow up on any delays
• Proficiently upload all letters and affidavits to partner engineering platforms
• Develop positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Provide professional and courteous communication to vendors, partners, and Trinity staff

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction background
• Professional and courteous communication skills
• Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SalesForce.com experience preferred
• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, team player, and attention to detail
