This role is integral to our stormwater compliance and environmental science initiatives, where you will work collaboratively with both local and global teams to support our clients' stormwater programs. Your efforts will contribute to our overarching goal of protecting our receiving streams, oceans, and the environment. In this position, you will play a key role in developing technical online learning content that focuses on stormwater quality and environmental compliance. You will be responsible for creating educational materials and training programs that effectively communicate essential information to various learner groups. Your ability to interface and communicate with Jacobs teammates and client staff will be crucial as you contribute to the development of engaging online educational materials tailored to specific audiences. Your responsibilities will include drafting e-learning technical content, developing assessment scenarios, writing machine audio scripts, and verifying the accuracy of content through thorough reviews. You will also facilitate internal and client review calls and discussions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. Collaboration with e-learning and animation development teams, both locally in Honolulu and internationally, will be a significant aspect of your role, allowing you to leverage diverse expertise to enhance our educational offerings.

Requirements
• BS in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Environmental Planning, Earth Science & Technology, Environmental Management, Plant and Environmental Protection Science, Learning Design and Technology, or related field.

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in instructional design.

• 0-5 years of experience in a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
