Description

The Staff Attorney, Litigation will lead complex cases and manage a full range of litigation tasks. This includes factual investigation, legal research, discovery, briefing, witness preparation, trials, and oral advocacy. You will work collaboratively with clients, other attorneys, and partners to investigate, develop, and litigate cases. The role requires devoting at least one-third of your docket to partnering with environmental justice groups and working alongside associate attorneys in this effort.
