Solar and Renewable Energy Engineer

Techamic Solutions is hiring a Solar and Renewable Energy Engineer in India. The role involves designing and implementing renewable energy projects, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month and requires in-person work and travel to project sites.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar and Renewable Energy Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solar and renewable energy projects across India. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop solar and renewable energy projects, including feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and project planning

- Conduct site assessments and energy audits to identify opportunities for renewable energy integration

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project developers, investors, and government agencies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project managers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering

- At least 3-5 years of experience in solar and renewable energy project development, design, and implementation

- Strong technical knowledge of solar and renewable energy systems, including design, installation, and operation

- Experience with energy modeling software, such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or SAM

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel to project sites across India

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification in solar and renewable energy, such as NABCEP or CEA

- Experience with project finance, policy, and regulatory frameworks

- Knowledge of Indian renewable energy market, policies, and regulations

- Familiarity with CAD design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
