Solar Technician

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Solar Technician Lead in Wheatley, AR, with a pay of $29/hr for a full-time position. The role involves supervising a crew of 4-6, installing and maintaining solar equipment, and requires 3 years of solar installation and crew supervision experience. Superior Skilled Trades is seeking for a Solar Technician Lead for an immediate start in AR, area.
• PAY: $29/hr. (based upon experience)
• HOURS: 6:00am - 4:00pm 40/50 hours a week
• START DATE: asap
• DURATION: 12 to 18 months

The Solar tech lead will be leading a crew of 4 to 6 and must have management/leadership experience in renewable energy (Solar background.)

Job Description for Solar Tech Lead:
• Supervise a crew of 4-6 employees
• Installation and maintenance of solar equipment
• Capable of repairing solar panel systems.
• Assess installation sites
• Connect solar panels to the power grid.
• Troubleshoot system problems to ensure efficient operation and maximal electricity generation.

Qualifications for Solar Tech Lead:
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be willing to travel within the state.
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body
• Must have PPE Gear
• Must have an OSHA 30 certification
• Must have Computer skills- Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements for Solar Tech Lead:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Background and drug screening required
